How often do you poop?

I usually poop every other day, unless I had spicy food in which case I would poop up to three times a day

A lot of times I'll run a once a day schedule though there are a lot of times where it goes once every 2 days and rarely once every 3 days.

I usually can go 3 days without shitting if I'm like on vacation or something, and usually if I sleepover somewhere I'm pretty good at not needing to shit at that person's house.

Usually, every other day, sometimes daily. Whenever I eat something spicy, I'll need to make trips, depending on if my stomach can handle it.  One time, I went 4 days without s***ting and that was because I was so nervous going to Outdoor Lab with my school, back in 6th grade.

Anyone that doesn't know what that is, it's where we goup in the mountains (here in CO) and study nature.
