On most months, 400 posts would be regarded as a hyperactive day, but over the past month this type of day has been slow. Until this month, our previous record for most posts has been 7,964. But we crushed that record, and almost tripled it, right now we're aimed at about 18,750 this month (there are two days left). How long do you think this type of activity can keep up before it regresses to its usual levels? I hope it lasts at least for a few months

Hopefully the forum is set for a least a year in terms of activity. It's not dead like NC where you post once a day and wait two days for an obnoxious reply, and it's not like Smashboards/another big forum where you feel isolated and can't get to know anyone.
I'd rather at least have a semi-active forum than a dead or very popular one. Both roads eventually lead to destruction imo.
Yeah I like the size of our little community, it can be bigger but it's decent right now.
I'd rather have a dead forum than an inappropriate one. ;-;

The activity is less than it was last month, but I wouldn't really mind. Just as long as it doesn't fall below 200 posts/day.
