Writing an article for the main site on the release date and I wanted to get your thoughts on when you think Mario Party 9 will be released. If you want to back it up with evidence or logical thinking, feel free to do so.

Really difficult. I want to say May 2012 or June 2012, because if you remember, Mario Party 8 came out late May 2007 in North America. It could be February 2012 or March 2012, but I still doubt those dates.
And December 2011 and January 2012? Hell no. We would have had more information about Mario Party 9 by now if it were to be released in December 2011 or January 2012. Also, with Fortune Street coming up in December 2011 and January 2012, that makes it unlikely for Mario Party 9 to be released and steal Fortune Street's spot. So I'm saying late Spring or early Summer as a safe bet.

Dec - Feb is a definite no for me. But you still get those people who are hopeful so I left the option in the poll. 
I'm looking at a March-May range personally. I still want to go and see what else is coming out for the next half year for Wii (don't say nothing ) before I make a decision.

A lot of people are saying that there's nothing left for Nintendo Wii after Skyward Sword. But they seem to have forgotten most of the games such as Fortune Street and Mario Party 9.
And yeah, March 2012 - May 2012 could be possible, but I still kind of doubt March 2011 for when Nintendo ends their fiscal year.

I say the March-June place because it seems like it maybe can come out there.
i'm going to say march. after fortune street gets to have its glory through all of december We'll start seeing so info late January and we'll get a release in March .
December before Christmas, that way, I wanna play new games.
I say July. Something tells me this game was still in the works during E3.
