The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - I finished my first ever 3-heart run of any Zelda game! Along the way, I also 100%ed the game minus Heart Pieces and the Defense-Up upgrade (because I forgot about it lol), because why not? Here are my results:
I'm not too happy how it turned out... But well, this is just my first time attempting the challenge after all.
Deaths: 13 (Jabu Jabu Belly x 1, Forest Temple x 3, Fire Temple x 1, Water Temple x 1, Shadow Temple x 1, Ganon Castle x 1, Ganon Tower x 5)
Revivals (Fairies): 11
Game Overs: 2 (Forest Temple; Phantom Ganon, Ganon Tower; Both Iron Knuckes) (Almost got a 3rd one at the Ganon battle)
I used a system in which whenever I started a dungeon, I would always bring 2 fairies with me. If I found another fairy on the dungeon, I could not catch it. In a way, I had like 3 lives in each dungeon.

Beat the E4 in Pokémon AS and now on my way to filling the Pokédex 
Got every Gorgon eye and feather in both God Of War 2 and God Of War 3.
Got every weapon maxed out in both games.
Got every minotaur horn in GoW3.
And finally beat both games. God of War with 68% of the trophies and GoW3 with 58% of the trophies.
