I finished an entire run of Super Mario 3D Land with out dying a single time. It was honestly done by resetting several times in the special worlds, they were a pain. I also finally obtained enough VR on Mario Kart 7 to get the gold standard part after countless months of playing. My entire gold set is complete :-D.

I had no idea there was an alternate method to unlocking the Gold Standard kart part, collecting 20,000 coins seems more time consuming to me. Anyways, I finally got all six Pokemon for my Pokemon Black Version, just need to raise them all to level 100.

Gold Tires: Collect 15,000 coins OR get at least a 1-Star ranking in all cups in all classes.

I unlocked them all by collecting coins.
Nintendo Land - Got all prizes from the tower and got a star on every attraction.
I beat Hotline Miami (including the secret level), hit level 50 as a Warrior in FFXI and I've almost unlocked the Dark Knight job.
I finished Persona 4: Golden's super secret True End, I platinumed Gravity Rush, and I finally beat MGS2.

I recently got two E.Gadd medals in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, one for beating the game and the other for getting a three star rating on every mission. I still have to get the third medal for capturing all boss ghosts in the ScareScaper (very difficult). I got all the gems from Gloomy Manor and Haunted Towers but I haven't gotten to the others yet.
I also played the Legend of Zelda The Wind Waker yesterday and after starting another file, I got to Windfall Island and played that Squid Mini-game, after spending about 120 Rupees I got the heart piece and even broke the original record earning me a treasure chart as well. It was my first playthrough where I actually got the treasure chart.
That's great, I love playing that game and Super Mario 64.

Mario Super Sluggers- Completed the game 100%. Unlocked all characters, beat Bowser 6 or 7 times unlocked all items.
I platinumed Hyperdimension Neptunia: Victory.
Cleared NSMB2's Impossible Pack as normal Mario.
Got 176 coins on it as well!

Was part of a winning team in MVM Coaltown Event, as a Flamethrower/Flare Gun/Third Degree Pyro. It's kinda fun to see how high I got launched up when the Rapid Fire Soldiers all targetted me while I was Übered (by canteen) 
Completed Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction and Quest for Booty.
I've recently beat 15-Minute Man Melee in Super Smash Brothers Melee as Yoshi. No, I don't need to spam DK"s down special or Yoshi's Hip Drop. I almost have my Melee file restored, I just need two stages and dozens of trophies.
Cleared the Spirit Temple before Fire Temple in LOZ:OoT3D MQ. (The temples I have cleared as an adult are Forest, Water and Spirit in that order)
New Super Mario Bros. 2 - Completed World 2, with all levels and Star Coins.
Super Mario 64 - A few days ago I got all 120 stars and reached the top of the castle and spoke to Yoshi (again). Beat Bowser again afterwards just because, as well.
Finally finished OoT3D:MQ. As alluded to earlier I did the adult temples in order Forest/Water/Spirit/Fire/Shadow. Also got those 100 blasted Skulltulas and all the upgrades for those consumable equipment (yes including the Sticks and Nuts that I never knew had upgrades). Man I hate Skulltulas.
For some reason I got handed over by Barinade and Morpha, but bosses like Bongo Bongo were absolute rubbish this time round. Odd...
