I got a 3 star ranking twice on Mario Kart Wii using Rosalina and an automatic bike! My old Wii broke so I had to start again from scratch.

Mario Kart 7 - Played through all the 100cc cups. Got 3-Star Rankings on all of those cups, as well. Also unlocked half of all special parts (not counting the gold parts).

Got all Chaos Emeralds on Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode 1 (iOS). While I'm hesitant to call this an accomplishment since you can retry the Stage midway infinitely, the 6th and 7th stages were troll worthy (particularly 7 - I hit the [bad] Goal objects at least 15 times DX).

Now to finish off Eggman's last form...
