I find Fortune Street (Boom Street) to be really boring, it has no replay value and it's gameplay is horribly slow, nothing interesting about it.

Ah you beat it on Medium, I have it, still playing it, on hard. I'm on chapter 7 according to my achievements. I'm kinda close to finishing but It's just not that fun to play. =P
