Favorite Pokemon Games

[1nsan1]

'Nuff said. Which are your favorite pokemon games?

Out of the main series my favorites are Heart Gold / Black. Black because of how much new stuff it added in, Heart Gold because it's a remake of Gold, which was my first pokemon game. And which is still pretty cool.

That being said, I haven't played much of White 2 yet, or any of X. Or Omega Ruby, so...

Out of the spin-offs, I'd have to say Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time was the best. Pokemon TCG gets an honorable mention for being awesome.

Lel. I loved Ruby but never got around to finishing it.

Mine has to be definitely Pokemon Heart Gold. It had the Pokeathlon (if spelled correctly). It also had a lot of cool features, plus 16 badges, awesome music and of course, Ho-oh.
Second favorite would have to be Pokemon Platinum. Even though it did not have as many features as HG/SS, it was thr first game I actually completed the pokedex. I spent countless hours training my pokemons and at the time, doing the Battle Frontier was no easy job. I actually spent more time on the Battle Frontier in Platinum, probably due to the fact it was released before HG/SS.
Last one from the main series, probably White 2... because Elesa's gym, well basically every gym having its own theme remixed is a huge plus. Seems like nothing, but it definitely gives more caracterisation to the gym.

Other great games would include Pokemon XD, Snap and Explorers of Sky.

----Favorite Pokémon Main Games----
-Omega Ruby- It's a remake of Ruby, WHICH is great! (And has much more stuff LOL)
-Heart Gold- SAME REASONS AS ABOVE, except it's a remake of Gold and not Ruby
-Black 2- It has the Pokémon World Tournament! Which has Gym Leaders and Champions from all the other regions till Gen 5, and has many other facilities compared to Black/White that make this game better than those
-Diamond- The first pokémon game i completed, I need to buy the Remake when it comes out

----Favorite Spin-Offs----
-PMD: Explorers of The Sky- It's like the game that completes the triangle of Explorers Of Darkness/Time, being a remake of those with more pokémon and more content
-PokéPark Wii/Wonders Beyond- Poképark and it's sequel (Wonders Beyond) are so good, that if you play them you start loving pokémon even more!
-Pokémon Rumble World-  3DS free-to-play but it's still the best in the Rumble Series
-Pokémon Snap- *waits patiently for a Remake or Sequel for the 3DS/Wii U*

Never liked the Pokémon Ranger series :/

I never really liked the main series games, but the spin-off games were actually pretty fun. So, my favorite Pokemon game would probably be either Pokemon Rumble, or PokePark 2: Wonders Beyond.
