My Mario Party character depends on what game I'm playing. In 1-4, I play as DK, in 5 and 6, I play as Koopa Kid, in 7, I play as Boo, in 8, I play as Hammer Bro, and in 9, I'm Yoshi. I don't really have a least favorite.

Luigi (Just cause....he's green)
Dry Bones (I like Koopa Troopa, but Dry Bones is more distinct than him)
Hammer Bro (My all-time favorite enemy in the Mario series)
Yoshi (He's green and cute)
Donkey Kong (Like his voice clips in MP10, and he's strong)
Magikoopa (I know this is an underrated choice, but I like playing as distinctive Koopas (example: Hammer Bro and Dry Bones)).

Birdo (Her design is weird? I prefer the three princesses and the cute Toadette over her.)
