Experience with Game Developing?

Have you ever tried to create a video game? Whether it be a small flash game (swf) or a simple game created from a program like Game Maker. Any type of experience?


I have played around with flash games and with Gmae Maker too. I have even played with Blender, a program for 3d creation and whatnot. I didnt go very far with any of these so I cant really say I made anything.

I can only create Sprtie-based games using Genus Magic. Other than that, I'm not experinced.

I did go on a small workshop for games programming, but I didn't get much out of it. I've never tried Flash so I think I'll have a look at that.

For now, though, I'm sticking to my PowerPoint games.

im having it a project for shool, i have begun a little with poygons and organc modeling, but can't gasp it site yet. i use caligari truespace

Some experience in Game Maker 6, RPG Maker VX, and poking my feet in other stuff like (?)RealityFactory. I'm not too keen on Flash, and  want to learn to use MUGEN.

I recently attended a course for animation. They also had a bonus course called Gamer Enhancement. It wasn't really much of constructing a video game, so it was a big waste of time.

Anyways, I made 5 games using Microsoft PowerPoint 2003. It's actually trivia. The first time I made a PowerPoint game was back in 2000-2004.

At the end of third quarter at my school I'll be in Programming and Web where I'll get to create a small game.

I don't know how to create one. But some of my future careers might be Video Game Developer but overall: I don't know how.

Game Maker and RMVX experience. I don't have so much time atm, but I have a current project for RMVX called "The Rainbow Crusade".

I also have tried hacking Fire Emblem...but I don't think that counts either...

I made a quiz game using PowerPoint 2003 in school. It was about world flags.
