The jumplist only appears in boards, not in topics.
Not really an error but I really dislike this black background on the shoutbox.

When I put in the Blue Theme's Display.template.php into the Green theme we got the navigation tree back but it changed how quick reply deals with quotes. I took the navigation tree code from the Blue theme's Display.template.php and replaced it with the old Display.template.php where the quotes work correctly. Now it works on both themes.
The "Jump to" pull down menu works everywhere and on both themes. At least for me it does. So does the quick moderation.
Ult. Profiles should work for everyone. All the permissions are set along with Profile permissions.
And I'm trying to narrow down where the problem with funky looking PMs and Profile comments is coming from. I know that it is not a problem with themes. It also looks like the Arcade is looking funky too.
And I'm going to put the Sbox back to the Blue we had before the upgrade.

Navigation is still weird. Doesn't show up on most pages. It's really annoying
I don't know if it counts as much, but ever since we got the new banner, it has been really hard to view it because it's too far to the right.

And for those of you who are still experiencing problems after the Upgrade, I decided that when the final build of SMF 2.0 is out, I will redo the the blue and green themes with the theme provided then, instead of trying to continue to use these outdated files for the themes.
So until then the navigation problems will remain? It might sound like a minor thing, but its actually really annoying and disrupts the flow of browsing the forum. So instead of going back to the Home page and clicking on the board, I just don't and that's a loss of a potential post or more.
Whenever I post a message on the shoutbox, an error appears, and Internet Explorer crashed.
