Disappointing Games

Have you ever anticipated and bought a game that had you disappointed in the end?

I'd have to say I was pretty disappointed with Metroid Hunters for the DS, simply because of the controls. I'm sure I would have gotten used to it if I stuck with it, but I was done at that point. Never beat the game.

Erm, not really. Probably just Sonic Gems Collection, Pool Hall Pro, and Metroid: Other M. Just doesn't suit my tastes. Pool Hall Pro is fun once in a while, but the computers are tough.

Mario & Sonic Olympic Games sucks. And the opening looks so epic compared to the actual game.

My Sims was a huge letdown, cause it's nothing like the Sims. And the Monkey Ball for the Wii was disappointing.

Super paper Mario for the wii, I liked the story and all, but that stupid flip between 2D and 3D was ridiculous.

I think I'm the only one here who loves that game so much and personally thinks it's the best Sonic game.

I dunno why, but I loved it A LOT for some reason.

I really can't think of any...but I'm sure one is a Mario game. Super Mario Galaxy 2, maybe?

It is a really good game, but like all games, has some flaws.

Mario Party 9. They tried to do something new but it didn't really click with me.
No Toadette, Boo or Dry Bones? Okay.
Smaller Roster than last game? I guess that's fine.
No 2-vs-2? Disappointing.
Heavily Luck Based? FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU-
The Minigames, Boards and Music were good, and I liked the Character hand cursors like they had in past MPs, but overall it just disappointed me. I played it for like 2 days, and never touched it again.

And frankly, I liked SMG2 although it wasn't as good as the first, and I loved NSMBWii because you could play as a Toad.

I'd say a lot of games have disappointed me as of recently, such as NSMBWii, SPM, Other M, Mario and Sonic, Ratchet Deadlocked, Nuts and Bolts, Crash Bandicoot: Mind Over Mutant, Mario Kart Wii, etc. But overall in my entire gaming career? I would have to say Kingdom Hearts II and the whole Xehanort Saga. That game just pissed me off when they completely kind of put Disney to the side and instead made a s***ty group of villians (Organization XIII) replace remarkable and quirky ones (Maleficent's Entourage) that made the story more stupid.
