DOWK is one of the best book series in my opinion, just because of how the author speaks in a casual way, just as any normal person would talk, because normal people don't say, "where for art thou".
LOVE this series. I love the rationalization of it. It really makes you root for the underdog.
I HATE ROWLY though, I mean how stupid is this kid? When he doesn't get his way he cries and is a b**** about it (Dog Days) and he is a complete tool.
