Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix

[SUPER WAHA]

This is the most awesome games from Konami and Nintendo yet! This is similar to the original DDR games for the PS2, Wii, and 360.
So, If you don't know what it is, Here a little video example.

What do you think? (I know RHB will like this)

[cookieboy17]

It's a pretty cool little Mario game, my cousin had it and I played it and they had some good beats to dance to, at least for Mario standards. Like they did some nice remixes of original Mario beats and newer ones.

[AegisReflector]

You guys actually thought this was cool?

lolol

[Real Hammer Bro]

Hmm... guess I'm a bit late here. I can't play this game because I don't have GCN controllers.
I like DDR games in the PS2, but from what I know, Mario Mix has too few songs compared to other DDR games...
And some aren't even from Mario games.
I do like the Hammer Dance music, but the rest is just plain. So I see why this game isn't cool.

[Troll]

I completely forget this happened. ._.

I'm not a big DDR fan to start with, so there's my opinion.

No matter how hard I try, someone always buys this before me on eBay I never really played DDR before, when I did it was for a few minutes and I sucked at it. I have always wanted to play this game.

[Luigi Party!]

I liked this game.
I defeated this game as Luigi, in normal mode. Going to try next modes next!

I have this game still. I really liked it and thought it was pretty fun at the time. I think I was 7 at the time. I always loved doing hard songs.

I like this game, I remember playing this with friends back when I was 8 years old... So much nostalgia. My friend's cousins were playing it and I was so interested... but I wasn't sure if I wanted to try it. Then his cousin was telling me to try it (though he was telling me to use the D-Pad instead of the control stick for some reason [most likely to trick me] but I still used the A B Y X buttons ). I tried, and I did decent. I played on Normal and we did a few songs; Underground Mozart, Deep Freeze, Always Smiling, Jump! Jump! Jump! Bowser's Castle, Hammer Dance, and more songs. Then eventually... I got to trying Hard. Was more of a challenge, but I still managed to pull it off.

Then a year later when I went to Florida I went frantic searching for this game and found it, I was so happy and I was screaming. XD
I was playing this in the car all the time... (My dad's car has like one of those Power Outlets and a small screen thing) Was so fun.

I use the controller because I'm better with it than the mat, and besides, I play with my hands, not my feet.

So my sister and I used to play this a lot... We both did it on Very Hard, but she did better than me. But now, I can do better than her! Sometimes we'd both even try Super Hard...

I usually play on Very Hard (except for Bowser's Castle because it's way too fast for me to do on Very Hard XD) but some songs I can do on Super Hard.

So what are my favorite songs? I love: Underground Mozart, Deep Freeze, Always Smiling, Bowser's Castle, Jump! Jump! Jump!, Rollercoasting, Cabin Fever, Ms. Mowz's Song, Boo Boogie, Where's The Exit, Mustache Barrel and Gorilla, Choir on the Green, and Hop Mario!

So... yeah, that's my rant about this game. Don't ask how I remember these things from Grade 2 so clearly XD

This was an interesting spin off, though whenever I actually wanted to get it they never had the dance mat with the game. It was fun, I only played a few of the songs but still had fun.

[Vipsoccermaster]

Oh this game. I had this up on my wishlist back in 2004 or 2005, but I never ended up getting it. Dancing would have been fun, but I would probably do bad since it takes some serious timing to get the moves correctly.
