Steve Carell was basically the show. I don't see how they are still continuing without him.
I really wish they stuck with Will Ferrel as the new boss because he and Steve have basically the same humorous persona. The guy who played Robert California was just atrocious. I'm glad he got the boot last season finale (but I doubt he'll be gone forever)
