Unique Spaces mean Spaces with different effects. Like Blue Space, Red Space, Green Space, etc. Count as unique Spaces.

That's kind-of why I'm not certain. If you see my other board (Pipeline Central), I have 2 different kinds of event spaces (? and !) that function different kinds of Happening spaces (! allows you to end your turn on them, while you have to stop on the ? space to activate then). Would they count as being unique or too similar?
That's my issue.
