Complaint About the Staff

I'm not sure what you mean there, but me and H-J have all possible jobs and permissions that SZ has for the forum. I don't know if I have all sorts of powers for the site, though.

1. Because you might need a special move to find out their stats and abilities beforehand, like in Paper Mario. Only the admins know how much health they have.

2.  You'll be able find and create as CK goes along. For now, it's too soon.
 
Sorry guys, I haven't been able to get on the last couple of days and while I left behind some the descriptions of some of the spaces I did not leave behind any instructions, so I'm sorry for that. And his theme stuff came at a bad time since most of my work is being done on CK. I tried to start the next theme, but I had to get some CK stuff done. It is just replacing some code but it does take time for a full theme. I'm sorry for the wait and I'm getting back to work now.

Again, my fault for the wait so you had the right to say those things. I don't like making promises but I will try to get the next theme up before I logout today. :p
 
So...uh...bump? :p Seems like the whole G-Mod only thing failed since from what I'm hearing the shortened staff is still giving problems. Sushi's the only decent guy left, as well as H-J but I'm not sure whether he's really active or not. MLYW is probably a background guy I guess, he probably could be an admin too since he actually has the brains to pull it off unlike pretty much anyone else on the forum but the only thing is he doesn't post much. Ryou...he's just been inactive and not a standout really. And Vip, like I've said a billion times, is not cut out to be an admin (autisitc kid + admin spot ≠ successful forum) because he has no self-opinion and is just...not good at it to be honest he just knows the rules (cept post pumping) he doesn't know how to enforce them.

Short sum up, staff has some decent people, but none that really stand out to make it a good staff.
 
Sushi isn't g-mod material on a bigger site but sadly he's the best this site has (which says more about the sites quality, not trying to knock Sushi though).

Hell, this site admins wouldn't cut it as mods at the old MPF

you can't have a good site without good members and this site doesn't have the depth in good members
 
The forum has a lot of things on the to-do list (I'll name a few):

Newsletter
Conquering Kingdoms
Fix staff issues
Adding more arcade games


I think the admins, even if SZ isn't on, to help keep CK going because it's pretty much dead (and Aegis left so there needs to be a new team or remove the castle) and I haven't seen daily updates at all. The newsletter was suppose to be done in June, what happened to that ???

The staff still has the "problems" it had even when the staff was changed and now Aegis left, which we lost one of the staff members that helped with additional, reasonable rules and helping give Charizard another chance (and he has changed for the good :)) showing that he is being the good man. The "too many" staff members wasn't a problem, but with this 7-man staff, Sushi, MLYW, VIP, and sometimes H-J are the only ones on anymore, SZ is pretty quiet right now. The "7 staff members" doesn't help especially since it's summer and people are goin on vacations. Since it's summer, some staff aren't on as much, like Ryoux0 and SZ (Sir Mario was before, no offense) and the forum needs more staff in the summer to help fill in for the staff that is gone atm. Sushi/Dodger is the only guy I see that is fighting for the forum now, he's on everyday to make sure that there are no problems and he is a great G-Mod. He's even more active than VIP since he joined. (excluding the actual time on the site). It sucks for the members that are on daily waiting for CK to get going, but nobody's trying to get it going.  The admins always have to wait for SZ so they can continue anything and since he's not on, it doesn't help the forum. I don't see why they can't continue, I thought VIP and H-J were admins for a reason (to help fill in for SZ). I don't see anything getting done with the admins we have now. I've been waiting to see a newsletter since Dec and it's been 7 months now...

The arcade games have gotten a few games, but only around like 7. Those games go by pretty quick and we need to get more of them to be entertained. What even happened to having Arcade tourneys?

Yeah, um, that is also why I've been angrier lately... And the noobish members picking fights with me doesn't help. And now that Aegis and TT are gone (and VIP says he wants to leave >.<) need a new GMod... Maybe we should assign Admins (and GMods) with different projects.

No problem, you actually deserve the spot. You're the most active member, period. If VIP wants to leave, then leave, SZ can decide to assign a new admin or keep it at 2 admins. The admins need to fill in their duties though because they haven't finished anything they started (previously listed) and they aren't keeping the forum going. It took over a week for all the layouts to be done when it was suppose to take 5 days. There are NO daily updates for CK or the newsletter, why do we bother than if nothing's resulted from it yet.
