Sorry if you missed it, but Round 2 is called:
Item Round
In this round, you still answer questions, but you can buy items using IPs, or Item Points. You start out with 15IPs, and can buy more with in-game points. You can use IPs on any player(s) anytime during Round 2.
And also, you have last-place bonuses. You have:

The Bonus Round is Round 6. I can't tell you hat Round 6 is but you can bid ANY amount of points you have to go in.
