And also one time me and my friends used this slide thing they had laying around where you put the ball on the slide and it just goes down. It was like for little kids but still funny.

Also, Cook, because of the economy now (or at least that's what I assume) Bowling places around my area have $1 bowling nights to attract people back, I would assume there would be a place like that around you somewhere. It's sometimes random s*** though like Wednesdays from 12-6pm or something, but it's still cheap and more of a reason to go out and play.

I'm not a constant Bowler (like most people) so I don't really have "training" for it, but I suck :p My average is in the 80s (which is pathetic) and my highest is 110 or something. Bowling seems to always be fun though if you can get a couple of friends to go out and do it. Part of the fun though is everyone is usually always bad, you have the one guy that's a pro (getting in the 200s while everyone under 100 :p) and then you always have the girl or 2 that rank higher than the dudes and they rub it in your face the whole night.

And I never went bowling other than this one place that was charging mad money per person (at least 10) compared to $1 nights cause that's where the movies is too.

Imma actually look into that cause bowling is fun for reasons like you said. And it's kinda sad that my highest of like 114 is over yours lol.
 
I always go to my area's local "Summer lock-ins". Every Friday from 10PM - 7AM from June to August, they actually lock in bowlers for non-stop bowling. :p
 
Woooowwwwww. I hope that $10 is including some shoes :p All bowling places I went to charged by game per lane. (one game on two lanes would be two charges) sure you would split the bill with all the players, but that's crazy for $10 per person. I suppose that would make sense if it was connected to the movies (like a Country Club type of place?) or just because they can charge that much cause all the people there :p

And yea, I don't brag about nothing bowling from me, so I'm not worried about it haha. But score under 120 for sure, and I just stay in the 80s (if you had to bet money on me).
 
Yeah they basically try to get easy money from people since it's in this little plaza area that already has a movies, arcade, pool area (18 or older which sucks dick cause i cant get in), glow in the dark mini golf, and then the bowling. And the shoes were included in the price but they were like $4 alone if I remember correctly.
 
The last time I bowled was right before Halloween with my boyfriend, but we weren't dating then. Although it was kind of a semi-date I guess? He'd drunkenly asked me out at a party a couple days before but then the next day apologized & said I shouldn't feel obligated to go through with the plans but we did, we just never acknowledged it as a date.

Aaanyways, it was on the Navy base & we didn't know it was league night. We got there like 30 minutes before the leagues started, so the guy was like "Well you can bowl but you better bowl fast". So the entire time he kept coming over to make sure we were going fast enough. Like when Jimmy got a phone call the guy came over & was like "He better hurry up on the phone, you only have 20 minutes!"

I remember the same old guy being annoying when me & my brother bowled there a long time ago, so I don't think I'll go back lol
