The first and only announced board. Based on World 1 themes of the Super Mario games, but it also features an amusement park.
I hope the board gets a pretty big redesign because it's a little bland for my tastes. They should really emphasis the amusement park theme and put in some crazy attractions, and add some more interesting things to the first part of the board.

I agree for the most part. The World 1 / Amusement Park combination is a neat idea, but the attractions are severely lackluster and ordinary. They don't look like they're going to be exciting to play on. Amusement park attractions should be fun and get you excited. But otherwise, the board itself looks very gorgeous and neat.

Blue Space (Gives an item)
Blue ! Space (Lucky Event)
VS Space (Dang we're back to the MP9 style 100% with this in it =/)
Reverse Space (Or back space - that space that moved you backwards in MP9)
Boss Space (I wonder what this does?)
Red ! Space (Probably Unlucky Event)
Bowser Jr. Space (Bowser Jr. Minigames return ~ Bowser Jr. confirmed not playable)
Green Arrow (Yay, more of these non-space event activators!)
And one I'm not sure if they're in here or not (but hopefully you'll find it too) -

I wonder if they will have Peach's Castle, the mid-tower, and the castle on each board.

If I recall correctly from Super Mario Wiki (it might change over time), item shops will return in Mario Party 10.

I would think there would be 4 items available, and the current captain gets to choose if he/she wants to buy first, then it would go down the line (based on whoever is next in the turn order). And hopefully there are more than just dice blocks to buy in this game. I wouldn't want to spend Mini-Stars on those horrid dice blocks.

It could be interesting if the item shops, assuming they're returning, worked like an auction. Everyone bids an amount of mini stars on 1 item then they move onto the next with a person not being able to win 2 items.
The amusement park part reminds me of Pinna Park lol
Random note, I expect this board to look a lot more creative and lot less blocky and simple the next time we see it. This happened with Toad Road from MP9.
