Bandwidth Situation

So for the night of 10/30 and all of 10/31, no one was allowed access to the website or forum because we reached our bandwidth limit. For those of you who don't know Bandwidth is used when someone views anything that is stored on the website directory. This includes attachments, text, images (like banner, buttons, etc.) and just about anything you see.

To cut back on the bandwidth we are going to change the attachment file size to a lower level and im also going to ask everyone to search for any attachments they want to save because I will clear them all out and we will start fresh. This will also clear up some disk space for the website and forum.

Again, please save any attachments you want to keep that are currently stored on the forum. Thanks.

You can clear out all of mine (besides the ones for the newsletter) because I have it saved in my folder. Maybe keep my Artwork attatchments.

I'm guessing stuff hosted on other sites doesn't count towards bandwidth, right?

I'm fine here, since I'm confident that I've saved everything.

Anyways I was a little worried about this Site but glad it's getting taken care of.

UPDATE :

Due to Server Move, we are once again very limited on Bandwith. We are nearing our limit (87% used) with a week left to go before the new month.

To help slow down the numbers, I uploaded the banner to photobucket, took out the membergroup images, and disabled all attachments.

Hopefully we make it through the week. If you see a 500 error, then we reached our limit.
