My avatar, for some reason, is getting it's width cut in half while other avatars like Blue Toad's seem to be larger. Isn't there a mod that let's you scale your avatars at a reasonable dimension? That would be nice.
Avatar Scaling Needs Improvement

1. How large was the avatar's original size?
2. Bullet and I need to check whether the parameters were admin panel or PHP altered
3. Mods would be Bullet's domain not mine
4. Hmm width is punished rather than height I notice...

I think both width and height are severely limited.
And I honestly forgot. It was a tad big but it shouldn't have scaled it down so badly.

I think it is all determined by the width - all avatars are the same width here - you notice?
Nope. H-J's avatar has a different width than mine.
Even Yoshiman's is bigger than Aegis'. Once Bullet gets back we'll talk to him about it.
I was thinking of a mod similar to Facebook where you could crop the image to a reasonable dimension (but still large enough to see the pic relatively well). I've seen it on N3DSC.

It's usually 100 x 100. Anything over 100 will be resized to 100, while anything under won't be resized.
Seems like only Aegis's is just really small.
Avatars scale better if you upload them directly to the site instead of using a link to another site.
I did it both ways (ha ha) but it still comes out the same squashed avatar size. It is big on Google Search but it should at least shrink it down to the forums full avatar size limit.

For better results you can change the size yourself before uploading it to the forum
Well that sucks for me because I can only use my school computer and phone and none of them have Paint or some program to do that haha.
