Technician Breloom has been released; have you tried using it? With Bullet Seed (egg move from Exeggcute, Hoppip, or Sunflora), Spore, Force Palm/Low Sweep and Stone Edge you can get something close to the power of Scizor.

I SAW A TOADETTE!!
Also, I wish more people would use Parasect, despite it's slowness and two 4x weaknesses (5x to Fire if it has Dry Skin).

I've told you before, I don't play competitively, so I don't care. Glad to see Parasect is on your list now, though. It's my favorite Pokémon, I always have a Female Parasect named Toadette in my game.
