There should be an artwork board since there's quite a few of them in the Anything Else board and they're stickied for no reason there.

Yeah Fan Content will be better. All the Stuff created by the Users will be there.
Then again, it's not the TT era. I'd say put it under Anything Else and have no post count to it.
I don't really care if posts count but I think it should. All the comic and art topics currently allow post counts and there hasn't been a problem.
Okay a Fan Content Board would be good. If we do that though, I want to add the Stories and Reviews board there too. Should posts be counted there? I want some feedback before I add the board.

Well, obviously nothing 18+, defamatory, or completely offensive. Otherwise, no "cool" comments with no constructive feedback. That should be it.
Why should the artboard have it's own rules? All forum rules should apply there.
