Artsy Fartsy Stuffs by Toadette

My Friend, who is a huge fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, asked me to draw his OC Pony. Though I've never watched a single episode of the show before, I accepted his request and drew him. It came out pretty well, so I thought it was good enough to share here.

Doing a little mini-challenge for January where every day I draw (and sometimes color) one custom Toad OC I've made.
Day 1: Andrew

A well-rounded warrior who wears the scarf his mother made him as a noble cape. He sees his long ginger beard and hair as a rite of passage and a sign of mightiness. But mostly he refuses to do anything but lightly trim it because without his beard, he has the face of a baby.
 
Toad Challenge - Day 4: Dominic

The only son of Steven. Unlike his Father, Dominic is a rough and tough Toad with gigantic muscles forged by several years of working out, alongside an iron arm which replaces the one he lost many years ago due to a Bear Attack (which left his eye scarred as well). However, despite his gigantic size, muscles, and battle scars, Dominic is the biggest softie around and is much more of a lover than a fighter.
 
Toad Challenge - Day 5: Toad Jr.

Toad's eldest son, a young man trained in the arts of the Samurai. Despite his name, he is nothing like his Father. He takes great pride in his long blonde goatee, constantly stroking and grooming it. The only thing he loves more than his facial hair and knowledge of ancient Japanese arts is Dominic.
 
Toad Challenge - Day 6: Jay

Toad's Younger Son. Jay is a lot like his Dad, unlike his Brother Toad Junior. Playful, Goofy, and not very serious, Jay proves to be a constant nuisance to his Older Brother. He dresses a lot more casually, enjoys dancing, and constantly argues with his Brother over what kind of facial hair is better -- a Goatee or a Soul Patch.
 
Toad Challenge - Days 7, 8, and 9: Matthew, Chloe, and Kaiser

Matthew and Chloe are Fraternal Twins, both the spored children of Dominic and TJ.
Matthew is a very friendly Toad that can seem to make friends with anybody. He's very empathetic and appears weak on the outside, but has a strong hidden power within him. He loves his Sister and often plays with her, much to her discontent.

Chloe is a strong-willed girl who prefers to finish things with force than with feelings like her Brother. She decorates herself in tattered shirts, spiked boots and army camouflage pants to match with her muscles and make herself look tougher, though in reality she's very conscious of her appearance.

Kaiser is Chloe's boyfriend. A natural greasehead, he loves to work on cars and slick his hair back so much they call him 'Lil' Fonzie'. Before he met Chloe, he did everything he could just to impress the ladies, though most ignored him. Chloe found a special trust in him after he rescued her from a mental torment bestowed by her evil Grandaunt, a trust which later became love. Now that he has Chloe, he often acts perverse around her, always 'grabbing' her lovingly and trying to stimulate her.
 
Toad Challenge - Day 10: Lord Toadarius

Lord Toadarius, also known as Toadarius, or just Darius, is the Father of Toadette and Steven. He is a very abusive and unforgiving Toad who only breathes in the smells of war; Blood and Tears. He's cruel, but cunning as well, allowing him to get away with the horrid abuse of his children and wife and the genocide he's committed against his enemies for years.
 
Toad Challenge - Day 11: Haeta

Haeta is the Father of Toad and Toadbert. Originally raised as a country boy, he became interested in the ancient arts of the Samurai and joined a group known as the Sun Shoguns, where he trained in their ways as well as the ways of the Monk. Therefore, he is a very wise and calm Toad, using his blade for peace, not war. In his High School days, he fell in love with a Human named Christine. At the time, it was looked down upon for Toads and Humans to fall in love, so together, Haeta and Christine collaborated to fight for the right of them, alongside other Toad and Human couples, to marry. They won in the end, and the Toad we all know and love was their little victory trophy.
 
Toad Challenge - Day 12: Heather

Heather is the wife of Toadarius, the Mother of Steven and Toadette. She is a gambler, and has worked at a casino since she was a young woman in order to provide for her children. She has a deep love for her husband despite his constant abuse of her, almost like a deranged Stockholm Syndrome patient.
