Neon Genesis Evangelion hands down. It's such a good style of animation and has amazing dialogue and depth.
Have you watched any of the Rebuild of Evangelion movies? (You Are (Not) Alone, and You Can (Not) Advance)
I've only watched the End of Evangelion movies where they redid the last 2 episodes. I thought it sucked. 
I still have to see Rebuild, but I heard that sucked too so i'm deciding.
