Annular Solar Eclipse - May 20th

Who here will be witnessing the Annular Solar Eclipse of May 20th? I know I am, too bad it will be during the late afternoon to early evening, daytime eclipses are much better.

The eclipse will only be visible in Western United States.

Not sure if anyone actually bothered coming back here to talk about it (not much to talk about). Though I only witnessed the partial Solar Eclipse, I was able to see it directly with filters on my sunglasses, and saw the crescent-shaped sun with the black moon gliding across. The sunlight dimmed quite a bit, and the temperatures dropped fast. Next Solar Eclipse will be August 21, 2017, but it'll be Total (not Annular). I think the majority of the US will see something then.

There were too many clouds in the sky for me to see it unfortunately - even if I was only able to see only a part of it

I walked outside today and it was unusually dim.. then I looked at the sun. It was pretty cool, I've never seen anything like this before. I only saw the moon cover a little less than half the sun.

I saw the eclipse. It was pretty cool. I was able to see it clearly with the clouds passing by. Still I looked at the sun, but clouds blocked the intense sunlight, even though you're not supposed to in the first place.

Anyways, nah, I didn't see it.  I wasn't able to anyways since I live in the East Coast.  -u-
It would've been cool if I did see it, but oh well.  To 2017, if I can remember to do that in...  5 years.  :b
