Could this be Glacier Summer 2? SZ normally does games like this during the summer, and it has "G" on it, what other importantence would it have? The only thing that changes my opinion is the fact that it says "INPUTGRASS" but it could be SZ trying to fool us. And that looks like the G from the old FC banner.

Yeah, it's just the Mario Party 4 music in Mario Party 5. I think the only thing that's different are the mini-game names. I have a demo of this, but it had a few different mini-games than the ones in beta.

I'm guessing INPUTGRASS is an anagram. Like DKH said it's most likely Glacier Summer 2 since it looks exactly like a frosty mountain top.
