I do think there will be 3DS Ware since the current latest systems have their own ware. ( Wii, DSi/DSiXL) It will be interesting having Ware games with 3D graphics.

I think it's likely that they'll have 3DS Ware. Previous DS hand-helds had it, as well as WiiWare.
So is DSiWare. It'd be nice to have some good applications on the go on the 3DS.

I really don't mind 3DS Ware, if there will be one. But I don't buy anything from the Wares anyway, so I don't care about if there will be one or not.

I'm interested to see what they put on the 3DS. The 3DSWare will probably not be as fun, imo, but I also want to see if they'll allow for 3D movies to play on them. That's the only thing 3D I would buy, the 3D TVs are way too expensive for my income.
There will be free movie downloads in 3D for the 3DS just like Iwata said at E3. Here is more information on the subject...Chubbo said:

The last time I checked, Pokemon Emerald was 40 dollars at gamestop and it was USED. That means that the game is still popular.
But no charizard, there is not going to be any game released outside of Nintendo on the 3DS. That much is obvious.
