As for me, I would say... M&L:PiT, for the plot, the really nice music, the awesome gameplay and the characters! I always loved the characters in this game :D It was a difficult choice for me, because I think all the M&L are amazing and memorable games.

It was a tough choice between MP6, 7 and 9. I chose 7, because I have so much nostalgia :D

My favorite is Mario Kart. I think the Mario Kart series is just the best racing game series of all time :D My close second is Mario & Luigi (never tried Paper Mario). I always liked RPG games ;) My third would be Mario Party.

My favorite characters are Dry Bones and Shy Guy. My least favorite character is Birdo. I just... don't like her, IDK why.

My favorite items system is the capsules/orbs, because it doesn't necessarily affect you, you can use them strategically on the board. I don't know if I prefer the MP5 or the MP6/MP7 system, though, since they're not exactly the same. My second choice would be the items.

My favorite power-ups are the Mega Mushroom and the Gold Flower, followed by the Ice Flower ;D

I'm gonna get Luigi and Toad for sure :D Like Yoshiman222, I prefer this pose than his Smash pose.
