Great podcast. *Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker looks puzzling, & I like puzzles. I like it when Nintendo or a company in general provide recurring characters (such as Peach, Toad, Bowser, etc.) a purpose. Toad is cute & cowboyish. I would love to see Toadette’s reaction. 🙂 *Hyrule Warriors looks stunning to look at, especially Link’s cape; it looks so blue & awesome. I never played Dynasty Warriors before, but I’ll have to examine this more. *Yoshi’s Woolly World has a ton of charm. Yoshi has always been my favorite “Mario” character & just looking at him in this Yarn game… Read more »

Splatoon: While I feel like it’s a unique idea from Nintendo, I just don’t see myself enjoying the gameplay. It just feels too simple to really enjoy, imo. Hyrule Warriors: I remember playing Dynasty Warriors once or twice as a kid, but I never really liked the game, because it lacked in personality. Nintendo will probably remedy this with Hyrule Warriors, so I’ll definitely check out gameplay of it. Mario Party 10: One of two games (other being Super Smash Bros 3DS/Wii U) that I actually cared about in the direct. Indifferent to the car returning, because it never really… Read more »

I’m fairly confident Dixie will make the game. Her chances are more likely than King K.Rool 🙂

Daisy will probably stay as a palette swap of Peach, unfortunately. She could’ve made a good assist trophy too, using her moves from the Mario sports games.

Yeah Daisy deserves more than being just a palette swap of peach, she’s nice and lively, and fit the game perfectly possible to be a great fighter! If you play as Rosalina, why not play as Daisy?

The only reason why I think Rosalina is a better representative then Daisy is because Daisy is pretty much spin-off character. Rosalina had made some major appearances in “cannon-like games” like Mario Galaxy and Super Mario 3D series.

We’ll, if you dream and hope so much, it will only be sadder if it doesn’t come true. But I agree.

At first, Splatoon didn’t seem like my game at all, but it actually looks really awesome and after the explanation of it, it looked really great! And Really I think it’s more like 9 females, side Villager and Wii Fit Trainer can be both Genders, counting as a half.

It’s really pretty and looks like a lot of fun Mario Party 10: Where the hell is DAISY!!!!!! Lol jk, it’s interesting so far but I really hope for a better cast unlike a certain game that quadrupled the wii u sales. No goddamn metal characters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Smash Bros: Knew it!!!!!!! Did you see palutena!? Yesssss!!! Kirby: I’ll try it! It’ll be my first Kirby game! Yoshi: I really hope it’s not a carbon copy of yoshi’s new island but it looks so… Fuzzy… Read more »

Here are my thoughts. Note that I don’t play Brawl, Kirby, of Hyrule Warriors…- (Not interested) Splattoon: Looks pretty weird lol… (Not interested) Mario Party 10: Looks great; hope they bring back the solo mode (travel by yourself), and the story mode from MP9. Can’t wait to see what Nintendo can do with this. I just knew this was coming! Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker: Looks puzzling and cool (I love puzzles) The idea is nice, though the price of $60 might be too much for this type of game. :/ Price drop! Mario VS Donkey Kong: Looks interesting; can’t wait… Read more »
