My most favorite board in Mario Party 8, this is excellent. The only bad part is that CPUs are dumb. Let's say that a CPU can get to 2 hotels in one roll of the dice, and they have 100 coins. The hotels they are close to aren't owned. The smart thing to do is deposit 50 coins in both hotels and get 6 stars. However, what they would do is deposit 100 coins and get only 3 stars.

I also love this board.  My main problem is the Bandit happening space though.  Once I had a 2 star hotel, thanks to Yoshi putting about 20 coins into it for me.  Of coarse, Bandit takes Yoshi's coins from my hotel and gives them back to me, making it go down to 1 star, and I lose a star thanks to Bandit.

My favorite board. Has a good song, and a good creative design. I love the hotel feature, even though it's basically Windmilleville from MP7. I play this board a lot, and it definitely deserves it's spot in the game.

This is a really good board, for MP8 that is...

This is the stage that I play way too much with my brothers.
Might get boring in time... still enjoyable, but I didn't quite like the Hotel gimmick much...
I mostly liked the ? spaces, though.

It's an okay board, I believe it is good but not great. I also liked how the computer's were smarter in this, they were really dumb in Windimillville.

No kidding. I wanted to strangle myself because they were so stupid. Even on Brutal.

Really? In my copy they always get lucky and manage to buy every damn hotel.

I do like the design of the board, the streets give off a nice monopoly vibe.

I like this board.  My computers are still idiots though.  Mine were smarter in WINDMILLVILLE!  I also prefer Windmilleville to this.  It IS my second favorite board in the game though.

This was one of my least favorite boards” only because when ever i get a certain CPU such as Birdo, or Daisy" the board is very hard" but when i get any other CPU the board is still hard" but not that hard, but either way i still hate this board.

But the Crazy Koopa rides are cool though.

I agree that this was a great board. I prefer Windmillville to this, but I only played this board once (and don't have the game). Getting the hotels in the town was pretty cool.

I love this board; from its real estate atmosphere and mood to the dose of humor in Big Top's Intro and"Road of Riches", someone as money-crazed as me can't help but fantasize over my collective worth. It even has "Tycoon" in the name and I know firstcomputermouse how good that feels!

This is my most favorite board in Mario Party 8. MP8 is definitely not my favorite Mario Party by any means, but that board is very decent to me, and the "real-estate" style is a lot more enjoyable than in MP7's board for some reason. I also like the music too.

This board is not bad to me. It does take a gimmick which looks like Mario Party 7 board, which I did appreciate in the other game, but I prefer that one from Mario Party 7 though, but this one is still decent.

What I like from this board is obviously the gimmick, the hotels investment. Always trying to get as much coins as possible to be sure it won't be stolen is something I actually like, even if it does cost a fortune at some cases, but it does give more value and more stars, so it's awesome. I also like the town.
