Earth Vellumental Temple Toad Locations

Toad #1: Hit the rock next to the second red box to reveal a Toad hidden as a bug.

Toad #2: Start listening to the third box before you realize a Toad managed to get stuck inside. Give it a hit of the hammer, then pull out and rescue the Toad.

Toad #3: Walk down the steps beneath the lights and take note of the second to last one. Since it’s not lit, jump and touch it to drop a crumpled Toad.

Toads #4-6: At the end of the path, bust open the cracked rock to reveal three bug Toads. One goes underneath the stairs near the third red box while the other two stay near the divine image. The yellow one is the owner of the Accessories shop outside the temple!

Toad #7: In the main room of the temple, fill in the hole of the pillar that moves down, then enter the cave on the left to find the curator of the temple getting harassed by a duo of Swoopers. Defeat them to rescue the Toad.

Earth Vellumental Temple Not-Bottomless Hole Locations

Hole 1: This one is on one of the moving pillars.

Hole 2: Repair the hole in the stationary pillar in the main room.

Hole 3: There’s a pillar that moves down in the main room that needs to be patched up.

Hole 4: In the room with pillars that try to push you over the edge, let them so you can drop down and find a hole in need of repair.

Hole 5: There’s a small pillar with a hole near the entrance to the room with the pillars that move outward.

Hole 6: Same room, there’s a hole on the wall at the end of the path with all the outward moving pillars.

Hole 7: See the second to last outward moving pillar? There’s a little crevice on its right side you can slip into to bring you to the hallway behind the wall. Go up the steps and repair the large hole.

Holes 8-9: Just before the two giant rotating fire bar stones are two holes, can’t miss them!

Hole 10: Another hole to fill, this time in front of the third fire bar stone.

Hole 11: As you escape the giant rolling stone, run ahead and stop when you see the big hole in the wall. Release all your confetti quickly to patch it up, then position yourself so that the hole in the stone protects you as it rolls over.

Earth Vellumental Temple Collectible Treasure Locations

Collectible Treasure #25: After defeating the folded Koopa Troopas, walk past the first torch and follow the path that resembles a long leg of the turtle formation. The chest is at the end.

Collectible Treasure #26: In the room with pillars that try to push you over the edge, let them so you can drop down and find a hole in need of repair. Cross the new path over to a chest on the right side.

Collectible Treasure #27: To the left of the large entrance leading to the boss is a hidden block. Inside is a collectible treasure.

Earth Vellumental Temple Block Locations

Block #1: There’s a sneaky hidden block floating in the air to the left of the red coin box. Inside is a Fire Flower.

Block #2: After you break down the sacred door, look for a hidden block floating in the air between the torch on the wall and the statue. Inside is a Mushroom.

Block #3: Above the first moving platform in front. 100-Coin inside.

Block #4: Above the second moving platform. Be aware, this platform retracts all the way in. Inside is a 100-Coin.

Block #5: After passing the first two blocks, walk along the leg of the turtle formation and jump when you’re on the weird looking patch of dirt. Fire Flower inside.

Block #6: The block before the hole on the next moving pillar contains Shiny Boots.

Block #7: After repairing the moving pillar in the main room, ride it up to the door and enter inside. The block will be after the first outward moving pillar.

Block #8: In the room with the outward moving pillars, drop to the lower level and look for a hidden block floating in the air to the right of the last torch. Coin Bag inside.

Block #9: Okay, this one is a little ridiculous. That last hidden block we just described? Yeah, there’s another hidden block on top of it. That means you have to go up the upper section, jump on top of the previous hidden block, then jump again to reveal a second one. Another Coin Bag inside.

Block #10: See the second to last outward moving pillar? There’s a little crevice on its right side you can slip into to bring you to the hallway behind the wall. Go up the steps and repair the large hole below the block containing a 100-Coin.

Block #11-12: To the left of the large entrance leading to the boss is a hidden block. Look for it under the statue in the wall. Inside is a collectible treasure. But that’s not all! Between the statue in the wall and the torch is a second hidden block with a Coin Bag inside.
