Chestnut Valley Toad Locations

Toads 1-3: Reach the tree that’s spitting out spiked nuts and give it a whack. Crack open the spiked nut that drops to rescue the Chestnut Trio.

Toads 3-6: Once past the falling nut section, go south and knock the Goomba and his pals out of the tree. In the battle, twist the ring with the missing spot down so that the lone Goomba can slide into said spot. For your last move, twist the ring you moved back to its original place. Once defeated, hit the tree to reveal three Toads.

Toad 7: Get through the chestnut maze and look for a dark circle along the back wall. A rolled up Toad hides inside.

Toad 8: There’s a butterfly fluttering about near the exit.

Chestnut Valley Not-Bottomless Hole Locations

Holes 1-3: Look out for three very obvious holes when you first fall into Chestnut Valley.

Holes 4-5: After getting past the rolling spiked nuts, go past the tree and fill in the two holes on the wall.

Hole 6: Fill in the hole just before the falling spiked nuts.

Hole 7: North of the Save Block is a hole on the left wall.

Hole 8: After getting cornered by the chestnuts, fill in the hole on the wall before going into the next area.

Holes 9-10: Patch up the holes in the wall after the chestnut maze.

Holes 11-12: The last two holes are after the last rolling chestnut section.

Chestnut Valley Collectible Treasure Locations

Collectible Treasure #34: From the spot where you first land in Chestnut Valley, go south and drop down the ledge to find a chest.

Collectible Treasure #35: After passing the first falling spiked nut section, drop down on the ledge to find Bobby and a chest.

Collectible Treasure #36: Once past the falling nut section, go south and follow the path to find a chest at the end.

Chestnut Valley Block Locations

Block 1: There’s a block on the right when you first land in Chestnut Valley. There’s a 100-Coin inside.

Block 2: At the start of the level as you turn the corner while dodging the incoming chestnuts, jump over to the yellow ledge on the right and jump to reveal a hidden block containing a Shiny Mushroom.

Block 3: In the chestnut maze, look for the block on a lowered ledge on the right side. Fire Flower inside.

Block 4: Reach the ledge up above where Bobby is at. Hit the block to get a 100-Coin.
