Will a new Mario Party be Announced at E3 2014?

Similar to the topic we had before MP9 was announced. So do you think we are getting a Mario Party announcement at E3 2014?

I would say yes. Looking at history (and assuming it will repeat), NdCube has released their console MP, their Wii Party, and now a handheld Mario Party. This looks like this is the extent of what they are working on, so the next best guess is the next console MP. It also makes a lot of sense with the Wii U GamePad and the need for games.

And while this is how Hudson used to do it and not NdCube, I still think this is possible. Mario Party used to release on an annual basis. Announced sometime in the summer, released in the winter (November, December). Every year. It's not impossible for the same thing to happen here. Island Tour released in November, MP10 announced in the summer, released in the winter.

So I would say yes.

It would be awesome if they did announce it at E3 2014. I think they really are back into annual releases, so Mario Party 10 could be announced and then it would be released for the holiday season of 2014 or Spring 2015 (including the month of March), so yes, it would be fairly likely for them to continue this kind of trend.

Mario Party 9 - March 2012
Mario Party: Island Tour - November 2013 (but outside of North America, it's early 2014)
Mario Party 10 - Late 2014 or early 2015.

But then, it might be a bit too soon for the other regions, so they might hold it off a bit, unless they decide to release the next installment in North America first, with the other regions later.

I would say a good chance of it happening.

I don't really expect an announcement and even if they did it'll be overshadowed by stronger titles and fade into obscurity again

I'm not sure whether E3 would be the place to reveal it as it's not that big of a title and I'd except it to be revealed in a normal Nintendo Direct. So probably not at E3 but in a normal Nintendo Direct.

They post rumors and stuff. That whole Mario Party U thing (and the whole sheet) is a rumor. Wait until what Nintendo really reveals at E3 2014. Anything that are not from the companies are rumors.

Someone could've easily made that on Word or some other writing program. Plus, I doubt Nintendo would only talk about 2 3DS game and 10 Wii U games, and Hyrule Warriors is a tentative title unlike what it is on that spreadsheet. While it could be the name of the game, I don't think it will be. Nevertheless, i'd be pretty happy if that was real.

I can't speak on behalf of whatever site that is (honestly never heard of it) but apparently they don't mind posting bad rumors. I would never post something like that. But hey, games journalism.

I think it could be a possibility,  looking at how the actual Mario Parties are getting released more into a regularly basis, I would expect one this year, but yeah, like everyone else, I could be in the mistake, but I would like to have an announcement personally though.

I would be excited about an announcement as well...but only if the classic mode is back. I know it's snobby, but I've lived without the classic mode since 2007. I can't do it anymore

While I'd love to see another MP I doubt they will. Although if they make another one, I hope they go back to the classic style of MP because I really can't stand the new style.

Island Tour didn't have a great reception though...
And since it released only a short time ago in Japan and the PAL regions, it seems sort of rushed.
They might just wait a little more time.
