Why isn't Dry Bones a playable character

I want Dry Bones to be a playable character! Come On it is a 7 years being cut. Please Nintendo I need him as a playable character. He needs to return in Mario Party 11. If so I can see 16 or 20 characters in Mario Party. If not I will write a letter to Nintendo. Make nab it as a Mario Party Character! ;D

Yeah Dry bones must be included as a character in upcoming series of Mario . Dry bones is an interesting character and it would be fun to have him in future series . I will acheter f1 2015 in future to try something new and adventurous.
