Who should make the Smash Ballot as Smash 4 DLC?

Smash 4 Ballot Poll:

The official Smash Ballot is still going on, and Masahiro Sakurai has said publicly he's still adding DLC characters. There has been alot of debate on which characters should make it into Smash 4 as downloadable content.

Which ones do you want? Choose your answers above.

I put the most widely wanted characters as poll answers, but if someone you want isn't in the list, answer Other and tell us in the comments. (And I can add them as a poll option)

I don't know if this has already been done, but I couldn't find a board on it so I made a new one here

Inkling in my opinion should be in there.
I'd like to see Rayman happen, but Unisoft hasn't really supported Nintendo.
I'd also love to see Banjo & Kazooie, but that's not a physical possibility. XD

Actually to quote Phil Spencer exactly:

"I think it would be cool if Banjo was in the next SSB DLC. We've worked with Nintendo on Rare IP before, no issues."

So Banjo and Kazooie isn't quite as impossible as you might think.
 
I know it's a lot more than 2, but I'm gonna go ahead and try to list all those I want, no holds barred.

Mario: (Captian) Toad/Toadette, Daisy, King Boo, Paper Mario
  Donkey Kong: Dixie Kong, King K. Rool
  Wario: N/A-(I would talk about Waluigi here, but as a DLC character...too bad he's an assist trophy, Ashley too...)
Zelda: Impa, Tetra, Toon Zelda (Given all the spells in Zelda, she could have new attacks), Midna
Pokémon: A Generation 3/5 rep, buffed Pichu, Sceptile/Serperior
Kirby: Waddle Dee
Kid Icarus: N/A-(I would choose Viridi for this slot, but I feel that it would be pretty awkward for Pit and Palutena to say that they have no idea who she is, or any other character in their own series for that matter.)
Fire Emblem: (A character with a class Smash has never seen before to keep the momentum Robin started, ideally one who's also female)
New series: Chase McCain (LEGO CITY Undercover)-Probably too obscure, but loads of opportunities for movesets and costumes
Third Party: Cloud Strife (Final Fantasy), M(r?)s. Pacman
