Who do you like more? I'd go with Waluigi, because he doesn't only think about food and money and most importantly - because he's less annoying.

I would go with neither. However, probably Wario as he got the muscles (though not as strong as Donkey Kong) to prove his strength. But he does have an unhealthy dose of greed for money. Waluigi is fine, but he is still weird. In the Mario games, I just adore seeing both Wario and Waluigi lose. Their losing animations are hilarious.
Wario all the way. He's the original, more unique, has his own games and has the renowned "D'oh I missed" catchphrase. What more can I say?

I guess I prefer Wario over Waluigi though both looks alright to me. I guess I like Wario more because I find it funnier and more interesting a bit, something around that.
I can't decide; they're both so much fun to play around with, but I guess I'll vote for Waluigi since he looks cooler.
Wario. His games are underrated and tbh he is probably one of the most developed characters in the series.

Waluigi. I don't know why, but he seems cooler than Wario, even though Wario had more screen time.
Wario because he had actual character development and has had his own games. Waluigi is just a sad excuse for a Luigi rival.
Just seen them on Kart Double Dash and Waluigi looks better than Wario, but both seens very oddly maniac characters, even for villains.
Both are great, but I choose Waluigi.

Oh wow, this is like....a really hard question, indeed. If I went by game comparisons, Wario has the Wario Land games, which are pretty awesome, Wario World, which is rather short, and...I have to give some credit to Warioware for actually developing him. Also, his crawling animation in SSB4, what the zel XDD and he has the (sadly patched) vectoring glitch that was pretty amazing while it lasted.
Waluigi on the other hand, is just downright awesome in the sports games. He has spin abilities that make SMG spins look pretty slow, he can swim on air, and in the golf/soccer games he has my favorite animations. Aside from those though, he doesn't get much limelight, which is kinda weird...It's like the issue with Daisy not appearing in mainstream Mario games since appearing in Mario Party 3/Tennis on the N64.
