VG Genres

Over the years gaming has grown so much. It started small, but with the help of ideas it became bigger and more diverse. More types of gameplay have been created over time. Some good, some bad, but that's up to opinion. These different types of gameplay are what we call genres. And now I'm going to ask which do you feel were the best, the ok, and the worst. (Cheesy enough?)

I don't have a 'favorite' genre per se, but some that I like are Action, Adventure, Action Adventure, some RPGs, Platformers, and probably Driving. I'm ok with some Shoot Em' Ups (need to play more of them), and I'm eh for Puzzle games. And I just can't with First-Person Shooters... Eh, someday. (I don't mind the Third-Person Shooters)
I also want to try some Hack-and-Slash some day.

And that's it, I think.

I like mostly platformers, some RPGs, and action games. Other than that, a little driving.

Things I like most are FPS / RPG / Action-RPG / FPS-RPG games. Racing is cool too, as are some strategy games, particularly turn-based ones.

Platformers (most likely) turned-based ones, RPGs (normally i played Mario and Luigi series more often) and racing (because i like Mario Kart series) and that's about it.

1st- Fighting Games
2nd- Platformer Games
3rd- Hack-And-Slash Games
4th- Puzzle Games
5th- RPG Games

I love RPGs. They're the type of games I usually enjoy the most, or games with RPG elements. The thrill of strategy and leveling up after gaining enough experience points. I also enjoy action adventure games.

I grew up playing platformers, so that'd be my number 1 favorite genre.

I also like RPG's, Puzzle games(Specifically in some sort of game where you have to escape), and the "Board game Video game" genre.

I literally play nearly every genre of games besides sports titles, because those aren't usually fun to me.

That's a hard one. I would probably have to say FPS for number one. I also like action, adventure, and sandbox.

Platformers, Fighting, Racing and Action game are really the only games I play for hardcore fun, so I guess my favorites are those 4.
