Version 2 is here and better in every aspect compared to V1!

- Events like Boo have been added
- bank building placed correctly
- pathing overhaul
-Event placement overhaul
- new Star locations
- new board logo

Keep in mind, im still getting the hang of party planner 64 so apologies if my map design is repetetive. Im also aware V1 hasnt been approved yet but i feel like this version should be uploaded
