Therapy and antidepressants

I need to update this thing more oop

I just got out of a psychiatric appointment. They determined that with my history of depression and anxiety, I'll need some form of treatment alongside regular therapy sessions.

So I'm on cilatopram now. Yay! They said it'd take a while for it to have effect, but I'd rather not stew in my own sadness.

Right now I'm on sertraline and clonazepam for OCD and anxiety, and I've been taking them since late 2013 !! (but I don't know if it's still working or not)
