The Chicago Blizzard of 2011

Expecting 30 inches of snow and currently winds of 50 mph that go up to 80mph. This is an awesome blizzard since my address sign blew away and I had to chase it down my block, the top part of my glass door broke off and I had to tape all the sides to keep all the snow out and hold it in place with duct tape, and my neightbor back car window broke from the wind.

YESH. Berry, Vip, and I all in one place playin our vidja games, and tellin stories of the good 'ol days. Someone get VIP a crepe while we're at it.

But yeah, it's bad here, too. It's hitting us directly, and I'm pretty sure they're gonna shut down my whole town.

Now Chicago is on an official emergency lock-down... The snow here is ridiculous and covers some cars all the way to their trunks. I can't even exit my house in my backyard or else a lot of snow will get inside. My street also banished off the face of the Earth. I'm going to post pics soon. Basically no one can access any transportation at all...

I woke up this morning seeing enormous piles of snow. I went out in the morning to shovel the snow finding all the cars in the street stuck. I had to go out the back door since the front door was sealed with snow.

We got 32 inches of snow which is about 3 feet. Yesterday I had to shovel my whole driveway and my sidewalk which took about 3 hours. I'm 5'10 and the snow got up to my knees,
@Kingboo: I was trapped in my backdoor which lead to my deck but all I had to do was push the door to get the snow out of my way. My front door was clear since I have steps.
I will post pics soon and WOO I GOT THURSDAY AND FRIDAY OFF (TODAY). There is too much snow to put anywhere so I might also get Friday off.  ;D

We got 7 feet of snow down near Pulaski and by Rome, so I've seen way worse.
