Mario! He has better abilities than Dr. Mario, and he's been here longer and has always been an enjoyable protagonist. Besides, Dr. Mario only appears in a few games, unlike Mario.

That doesn't really show why he's better in Smash but ok. But I like Mario better too. Great overall moves, combos, and pretty average character, which is great for beginners and pros. Even though Dr. has strong moves, he super heavy which I cannot get used to.

also I like falco better but the pole ended
