Has anyone ever seen this?

Although most people said it was terrible because it didn't link with it's highly praised predecessor: sonic adventure, it was my favourite sonic series! The only thing I disliked about it was the disappointing ending as Dr. Robotic was defeated in two seconds and the characters never reunited with their mother despite the entire plot being about the reunion. I'm guessing a second series was initially planned but due to the bad reception (), they never made another.

Even if they don't make another series, I'd love to see Manic and Sonia to get into the original cast as they just disappeared. They are sonic's brother and sister, after-all.

OMG THIS SHOW! I LOVED THIS SHOW!

Me and my friends use to watch it so much as a kid, it was definitely one of my favorite series'. I loved the songs, Manic/Sonia were really fun, and the show still had that cool, Sonic-feel. I heard that 65 episodes were planned, but the creator wanted to have a cliff-hanger, because he doesn't like shows with an ending... I find that really stupid personally, I thought it would of been real nice to complete the show and to have them finally re-unite with their mom, since it was such a huge focus on the show.

I LOVED this show. It was the first TV show I've ever seen. That was with 4 so I don't remember much.
But it's enough to say I love it. Years later, after I've seen much more of Sonic, I miss the connection to other Sonic shows, games, etc. . Manic and Sonia would have been great companions to Sonic, but there were already Knuckles and Tails.

SEGA made it clear that the Sonic cartoons and comic books are not canon to the main gaming franchise. This is why you don't see Sonic's siblings or Chris Thorndyke (thank heavens) in any gaming installment. And since this show was meh, we probably won't see them for a long time unless a huge cult following arises.
