Sonic The Hedgehog's 21st Birthday

[Vipsoccermaster]

Today, Saturday, June 23, 2012, marks Sonic's 21st birthday, since debuting in Sonic The Hedgehog on Sunday, June 23, 1991, for Sega Genesis in North America. Happy birthday, Sonic!

Now that Sonic is a grown man, are you playing any Sonic games today?

Funny how I decided to play Sonic Unleashed yesterday and I've been watching some Sonic Generations vids.

Also, I just fell in love with Tails so lol. (as a character)

Well Sonic, considering I own all your genesis games for the PS2, I think I may finally play Sonic the Hedgehog 2.

Ah, good ol' Sonic. Happy 21st birthday to ya...If only you didn't start going downhill. I just got done playing and completing the original Sonic 1, Sonic 2, and Sonic 3 & Knuckles a few weeks ago, so there's my celebration.

[Toadette]

I don't own any Sonic games now...
But I used to play the original Sonic and Sonic 2 a lot at my Dad's old house.
Guess I'll celebrate by playing as him in Brawl.

Eh, I've never been much of a Sonic fan, all I have is a remake of the original for the GBA and Secret Rings, maybe I'll play one of them

[Toblet]

The only games I could play is Mario and Sonic at the Olympic 2008 + 2012 games, but I can't because I'm too busy.

Ahh as the series goes on I hate Tails, Shadow, and Silver even more and my love for Amy, Knuckles, and Sonic gets bigger.

I am a long time Sonic and SEGA fan in general. Yes some of his games suck (Shadow the Hedghog and 06), but one thing remains the same... SONIC GAMES HAVE KICK ASS THEMES AND MUSIC! Unkown from M.E., My Sweet Passion, Live and Learn, Open your Heart, Super Sonic Racing, His World, Un-Gravity, and SO MUCH MORE!

Happy Birthday Sonic!

I agree with you completely, in just about every sonic game, even if it sucks the music is amazing.

Happy Birthday, Sonic!

Have fun drinking!

I haven't played any of his games since my completion on Sonic Adventure 2 Battle on the Gamecube.  I might play SA2 again just for the hell of it and mess with chao.

I still love Sonic, even if his game has not been in top quality and even if his fanbase is batshit insane.

Like Plum said, Sonic soundtracks are amazing.  <3

Happy Birthday I geuss.
Not such a big sonic fan, but still.

A happy birthday to Sonic! These games are really nice to play for me! And a few characters like Tails, Chao... (and a few more), are awesome characters for me that I will not forget.

Sure! I still like to play Sonic games! (Especially when I have a chance to play with Tails, which is my favorite character, of course!) I like the new games.
