It's up to you, really. You should probably wait a bit, PSN revival could be due this month. If not, I don't know, really. Though I heard that a lot of people had traded in their PS3s for Xbox 360s because of the PSN outage.

I think you should wait, also with Nintendo making a new console, I wouldn't be surprise if Sony & Microsoft make a new home console. So it's up to you.
