It seems like it is sometimes hard to tell the stickies apart from the normal topics because of the icons. How hard would it be to separate the stickies into a separate box at the top, so it was easier to tell?

Manly Party Forum did that, so I don't see why not do it here.
This may actually help, but its easy to tell in the first place, all sticky topics have Spear Guys on them.

I knew the difference between the icons before, however I still find it pretty hard to separate them.
You mean a different shade or color of them, right? Different color will help, but a shade with be hard with this theme.carsonk said:

Do we have a mod or something to actually manual install? Or is it part of the theme in question? 
I actually support this. It might just be smfnew though.
I think it's categorized in the default theme, but I'll have to look into it for non-core/df themes.
