School/College

I have Pearsons for physics, not so fun. I don't get the whole online approach. The old chalkboard gets the job done better if the teacher is even capable of lecturing.

Technology is great for science, I program stuff for astronomy for fun but my god I think these websites would do better if they didn't treat me like I'm 10.

SCHEDULE FOR FALL 2015:

Monday and Wednesday:
1. Script Writing (9:30 - 10:50 AM)
2. Salesmanship (11:00 - 12:20 PM)
3. Recording Studio Operations (1:30 - 2:50 PM)

Tuesday and Thursday:
1. Social Media Basics for Musicians (9:30 - 10:50 AM)
2. Computers in Business (11:00 - 12:20 PM)

So basically, a pretty early schedule. (Hype-o)

Also, they got rid of Fridays for some reason for most classes, so double hype-o.

it's finals week here

i started off with the exam for my online course. my college is trying to incorporate more online content for their programs (regardless of the program) so they've mandated that every class have at least an hour cut from the in-class time and have whatever material that would usually be covered with those lost 14 hours online. for some other classes like my green buildings class they just put the entire thing online so this year was a massive guessing game for the teacher and it really showed throughout the year with every aspect of this class. that feeling really hit the peak today when i get there and literally nothing is set up and the teacher doesn't know how to find the lockdown browser so we can actually do the exam.

i paid for this

School here... is kinda easy.
I have an "A" in every class; my best class is French. I got plenty of exams soon. :/
I get out on June 25th. ;(
My Quarter 2 Grades:
Math: A+ (98)
Science: A (95)
English: A+ (101) [EXTRA CREDIT]
History: A (94)
French: A+ (99)
Art: A+ (100)
PE: A+ (100)
Music: A+ (99)
Technology: A+ (100) [had PARCC testing]
I swear, how do I have an A+ in English?!
Just recently got a 110% on my French exam; have WAY more coming up, like Math (Algebra 1) and History (WW1 Test) ;/

So I've made the decision to start commuting to school instead of living on campus in order to save money and because I barely hang out with anyone, really. I'm going to try and withdraw my application later.

Yes Gawd!

I haven't actually gone to school / college, but I did take my GED last year. Was in the 98th percentile on English, 92+ for everything else. Worst subject was Math, which I rushed and got 75th percentile on.  :'( But I suck at math anyway.

I was cleaning up stuff from the school year and this turns out to be what I have for recycling.

Now that I look at it, I hate when teachers say "you need this many notebooks for this course" or give you a workbook and you literally only write in ONE page in each of them.

And then we wonder why so many trees are killed and why school fees are so high (seriously on the school fees the Contemporary World Book is like $25+ but we only used that thing literally once). =P

I'd like to know, does that seem to occur in college as well?
