Here's a very simple to use event to create a rule window at the beggining of the game. It'll only trigger on the first turn for every human player only if you put it as a before dice roll event and put TRUE to ActivateRules.
Feel free to edit it although for begginers, just remplace any line with INSERT TEXT HERE on the bottom of the event and you're golden!
