I usually relaxed when playing video games by playing on my bed or on a soft, comfy cushion.

Some Games are Relaxing for me but some do take a lot from me.

Some games like Super Mario 64DS relax me, other games like Mario Strikers Charged get me really frustrated, so i guess it depends on the game
It does for me... Although if im losing then i get really mad

Games usually calm me down. But I wouldn't play Rock Band or Guitar Hero. If I'm having a bad day, and pissed off, I'll play a shooter game, like Resident Evil 4. But if I"m tired, I'll play Sonic or Mario, maybe Zelda.
If I want to play the game while I'm mad I'll play it, if I wanna lisyen to music at the time I'm mad I'll do that to relax. Catching my flow?
